Return Policy

• You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it.
• Unless otherwise agreed with us, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will automatically be deducted from your order once the return has been received by us.

Instructions for Returning Goods

• Send the items you wish to return within 30 days.
• Use the return label which will be sent to your e-mail adress used on your order.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the goods during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
• If a returned item is shipped internationally, please mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees related to the shipment.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
• If the product or its packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation in value from the refund amount.
